Role Summary
Lead warehouse operations at maximized productivity along with safety and quality standards.
Specific Accountabilities
Lead the team to complete orders fulfillment within agreed TPT with safe and precise, following up-to-date SOPs.
Able to instruct/team team members processes upon daily operational tasks; ensure they're passed down with up-to-date processes and competent to perform job requirements.
Supervise, and motivate all team members to follow up-to-date SOPs, safety requirements, 5s and company regulations.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activities accurately and timely
Do resource planning during holiday and/or peak season
Respond to customer's emails and escalations for any warehouse activities in a timely manner
Develop team productivity with continuous efforts to close gaps in SOPs and to initiate improvement projects
Proactively escalate to superior for prominent issues in warehouse operation
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
