Warehouse Supervisor

This role will supervise shift warehouse operations, including leading a team of material handlers in the shipping and receiving of warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations in accordance with standards and procedures.
* Essential Responsibilities
- Supervise material handlers in the warehouse shipping and receiving activities;
- Lead in managing allocation and work assignments of resources, ensuring correct workflow to
maintain the inventory accuracy;
- Ensure smooth operation;
- Conduct minor troubleshooting & resolution;
- Ability to perform daily receiving/shipping documentation, particularly computer data input;
- Ensure issuance of material in accordance with requestor requirements in proper UOM;
- Follow closely all site safety regulations, train & manage team to the safety excellence;
- Responsible for material handling and supply stocking to allow maximum productivity during shift;
- Support improvement projects, Kaizen & others;
- On time maintain all warehouse MHE, tools, equipment;
- Other tasks will provided in scope by Manager;
* Reporting Relationship
- This position will report to Warehouse Operations Lead or Manager
- This position will manage about 8-10 Material Handlers that will share the task of Shipping, Receiving, Kanban, 5S & Operations
- This position will work closely with Inventory Controller & on site requester from Engineering, Production or related departments
* Travel
- Less travel, only request in new plant start-up
