1. Warehouse Operations & Personnel
• Oversee all warehouse activities for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Plan and manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise team leaders/FL driver/WH staff.
2. Inventory & Stock Control
• Maintain accurate inventory and timely stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper goods arrangement.
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized.
3. Team Leadership & Training
• Lead warehouse teams and forklift operations.
• Train staff on safety, company policies, and operating procedures.
• Promote teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
4. Equipment & Safety Compliance
• Monitor equipment maintenance and safety compliance.
• Identify and address workplace hazards promptly.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in BBA, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 10 years of warehouse management experience.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proficient in WMS, MS Office, and data analysis.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
• Working Time:
- Monday to Friday
- Two Saturdays per month
