Position Summary
We are looking for hands-on, reliable, and growth-oriented Warehouse Team Leaders for our new warehouse in Bac Ninh, which will serve as the core logistics hub for the Hanoi region.
This is a rare opportunity to join and grow with a warehouse from Day 1, working closely with a cross-cultural management team and building operational excellence from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and participate in daily warehouse operations in one of the following areas: Inbound/Inventory/Outbound/Dispatch
• Supervise and guide a team of workers (5-15 people) to execute tasks safely and efficiently
• Coordinate daily workload, task assignment, and quality checking
• Monitor on-time receiving, put away, picking, packing, and loading tasks
• Ensure accurate barcode scanning, WMS execution, and compliance with SOPs
• Report daily progress, problems, and improvement ideas to the Warehouse Manager
• Be ready to work on-site and resolve issues in real time
Yêu cầu
Qualifications and Requirements
• Basic English communication skills (understand and respond to basic work instructions in English)
• At least 2 years of experience in modern warehouse operations
• Preferably in 3PL, e-commerce, or retail supply chain warehouses (not only factory warehouse experience)
• Strong hands-on ability and willingness to lead by example on the warehouse floor
• Familiar with WMS systems, barcode operations, and warehouse workflows
• Good attitude, fast learner, team player, and able to work under pressure
• Able to work flexibly during warehouse ramp-up period and willing to grow with the team
