Warehouse Team Leader

The Warehouse team leader is responsible for Services, shipping and receiving for the warehouse and day-to-day logistics and operations for the site.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the teams in Shipping, receiving, Services and Onsite.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Responsible for inbound goods quality check
• Maintain 5S and keep warehouse organized - Incoming / Inprocess and Outgoing.
• Coordinate Shipping and receiving activities for service-related operations with CS
• Guarantees all out going shipments conforms to work orders and customer requirements - Pre-Delivery Inspection, packing lists, shipping labels etc as specified.
• Optimisation of resource utilisation - No of trips, Resources
• Reviews shipping schedule to determine shipping date, method, and any special shipping instructions.
• Receive all incoming product through warehouse.
• Guarantees all incoming goods as per receiving inspection procedure.
• Assign month-end inventory counting lists to warehouse team, help check inventory inconsistencies as required.
• Monitor inventory on a weekly basis, triggers re-order requests when stock are low.
• Adhere to ISO 9001,FSC , UN and 14001 Policies and Procedures in the respective áreas.
• Oversees regulatory actions for Trucks, Forklifts & pallet jacks and other material handling equipment's.
• Other Duties as required.
