Purpose of Position
Monitor the plan and assign, supervise Goods receipt group's work
Monitor and report customers service supply activities
Responsibilities
Check and supervise goods receiving activities to ensure that tasks are processed accurately, on time and with high efficiency (at company warehouses and clients' warehouses)
Make sure the activities of goods receipt to abide by the procedures and comply with GSP, GSDP, and HSE regulations.
Contribute ideas to improve operating processes more effectively
Monitor and make report of customers services supply monthly
Coordinate with warehouse Supervisor to train new employees including internal training
Immediate report to the managers about unusual issues for promptly resolving
Assign staffs to achieve job goals reasonably. Supervise working hours, job performance of staffs, be ready to assist employees to complete assigned tasks/
Perform the other assigned tasks from the managers
