Job Duties:
In charge of three warehouses and 10 people team: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Cambodia; travel regularly to conduct site inspections and ensure operational quality standards are consistently met.
Establish and continuously refine warehouse SOPs; manage end-to-end airfreight operations from pickup to aircraft loading.
Drive operational cost management with accountability for cost-per-kilometer performance; continuously improve cost efficiency.
Lead critical projects including warehouse relocation, new site selection, and supplier negotiations.
Forecast peak and off-peak labor requirements in advance; flexibly coordinate workforce deployment; oversee employee attendance management and external labor agency relationships.
Step in to support frontline operations as needed during peak seasons.
Yêu cầu
Job requirements:
Minimum 2 -3 years operation and management experience in warehouse/distribution center.
Have small team leadership skill is a plus,
Have strong command of English ( Speaking and writing email, report)
Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to drive results.
Ability to be flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and operate on tight deadlines with multiple priorities subject to frequent change.
Must demonstrate commitment, dependability, punctuality and adherence.
Strong and hard working, willing to work frontline during peak season
With frontline blue-collar operational capabilities, and able to go to the frontline to guide team work.
Able to accept frequent business trips.
