To handle stock handling in RM warehouse under instruction of the team leader and manager
Ensure availability of Raw materials
- Receive RM Pick Slip from team leader.
- Read Raw Material Pick Slip clearly.
- Fully aware of stock locations.
- Measure carefully all small quantities before release materials.
- Follow strictly work instruction · Complete fully label stuck on pallets / containers
Ensure understanding clearly company requirement:
- Fully attend training session assigned by the supervisor.
- Apply skills and knowledge being trained to the work.
- Clarify uncertainties and Feedback abnormal happenings at work to the superior.
- Ensure safety of work process.
- Follow HSES procedures strictly.
- Implement 5S, house keeping activities.
- Apply and remind team partners "no one hurt nothing damage" motto.
- Strictly follow up work instruction, especially understanding SIRECODE of raw material.
- Be awareness clearly the hazardous of all raw materials in warehouse.
- Ware proper PPE when contact with raw material.
Understand basic ASRS operation and working with the ASRS Warehouse:
- Basic In/ Out Logic and requirement of the ASRS Warehouse.
- Understand basic errors happen with the WH.
- Timely report to WH team leader in terms of problems that are out of control.
Stock taking and Cycle Count:
- Cooperate with Inventory Controller and other relevant functions conduct monthly cycle count and yearly stock take.
Experience in similar role.
High school graduated
