Job Responsibilities
1. System Planning & Development
Collaborate with design consultants to review and validate engineering documents, ensuring compliance with current water supply and drainage standards, technical specifications, and BOQ requirements for both new and existing networks.
Prepare design layouts for customer water connections.
Coordinate technical design work with other utility systems.
Work with consultants to compile and finalize documentation for firefighting systems.
2. Technical Coordination & Support
Provide technical assistance during negotiations with potential and existing clients regarding service provision.
Support contract discussions and technical clarifications with water suppliers.
Communicate technical information to customers in cooperation with the internal Customer Service team.
Assist the Project Development team in addressing technical inquiries from government agencies.
Offer technical input to the Procurement team during supplier evaluation or material selection.
Participate in on-site inspections and acceptance of construction works.
3. Operations & Maintenance
Support the operations team in monitoring and maintaining water and wastewater systems, including pipelines and booster stations.
Suggest system upgrades, replacements, or enhancements to improve the performance of water and wastewater facilities.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Water Engineering/ Environment; Civil Engineering... or a related discipline.
Background in designing water supply, drainage, and fire protection systems is an advantage.
Good command of English for communication, reporting, and correspondence.
Familiar with Vietnamese technical codes and standards for water and sewer systems.
Capable of identifying, analyzing, and presenting technical matters clearly.
Strong coordination and planning skills related to water and drainage system design and implementation.
Proficient in MS Office and design tools such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or Revit.
Energetic, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure and on construction sites when required.
