Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and oversee all water supply and drainage design activities across projects and developments, ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, technical, and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical direction and propose design solutions for water supply, wastewater drainage, stormwater drainage, and wastewater treatment systems; lead the preparation and approval of design briefs.
Review, verify, and approve design documentation, ensuring accuracy, coordination, feasibility, and compliance with legal, tendering, and construction requirements.
Oversee technical solutions, resolve discipline-specific issues, and optimise capital and operating costs; conduct technical evaluations of tender packages and address issues arising during project implementation.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Water Supply and Drainage Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 10 years of experience in water supply and drainage system design. Candidates with experience working for design consultancies, real estate
developers, main contractors, or large-scale urban development, resort, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
In-depth knowledge of water supply, wastewater drainage, stormwater drainage, wastewater treatment, and related technical infrastructure systems.
Strong command of applicable local codes and standards, as well as relevant international standards governing water supply and drainage design.
