Educational Background:A Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field from a recognized university.Experience:A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Web Designer, preferably within a fast-paced agency or in-house design team.A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of web design projects, demonstrating creativity, proficiency with design tools, and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.Skills and Expertise:Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator (AI), and Adobe Photoshop (PSD).Extensive experience in creating visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts.Strong knowledge of graphic design principles and the ability to create high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns.Ability to conceptualize and execute design ideas from start to finish, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand guidelines.Familiarity with responsive design and an understanding of how to create designs that work across various devices and screen sizes.Have video editing skills is a plus, but not required.Personal Attributes:Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all designs are polished and error-free.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
