Position Overview
The Website Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the FMP website ecosystem, ensuring all website content remains accurate, functional, visually consistent, and aligned with FMP's premium healthcare brand standards.
This role requires a strong combination of technical capability, content management expertise, multilingual coordination, and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Strapi CMS, website coding knowledge, and experience coordinating content across multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain FMP website using Strapi CMS
• Upload, edit, format, and optimize website content across multiple departments and services
• Coordinate and facilitate website translations across five languages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and localization quality
• Work closely with website
developer, marketing, medical, and operations teams to ensure website information remains current and compliant
• Review website pages regularly for errors, broken links, formatting inconsistencies, and technical issues
• Assist with front-end website coding and implementation where required
• Ensure all content aligns with FMP brand guidelines, tone of voice, and healthcare communication standards
• Optimize website pages for SEO best practices and user experience
• Coordinate with internal developer,
designer, and translation team when required
• Monitor website performance and support ongoing optimization initiatives
