Job Summary:
Lead inspection in welding quality to fabrication meet the specified quality standards set by Customer's requirements/ Project Specification.
* ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor welding quality of product comply with WPS and specification
• Inspection quality activities before, during and after welding
• Ensure that only qualified welders are assigned to welding activities
• Invite customer to check as following ITP
• Identify weld defects or deviations and issue NCRs
• Issue visual report and sent to customer review & approval
• Control NDT status and welding repair rate
* AUTHORITY:
• Stop welding activities if not follow procedure
• Authorized to release welded assemblies or components to the next production stage after inspection and approval.
Yêu cầu
• Education: Graduate College or high school
• Language: Vietnamese/ English (Speaking-Reading-Writing-Listening)
• Qualification: Understading welding code/standard as: AWS D1.1, ISO, [protected info]; Communication skills; Problem - solving;
• Computer skill: MS Office, AutoCAD
• Experience: Minimum 1 years' experience or have the skills to meet the job.
• Others: CWI or CSWIP level 2 welding inspector
