We are looking for a Potential Welding Materials Engineer who is eager to grow into a high-level expert. We warmly welcome engineers with a foundational understanding of welding and a few years of experience. In our professional 100% Korean-invested environment, you will receive dedicated guidance and training to master product quality control and technical problem-solving.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quality Management: Supervise and conduct comprehensive inspections of welding products to ensure strict compliance with international technical standards.
- Technical Support: Provide in-depth consultation, process guidance, and technical troubleshooting for the factory's partners and customers.
- Issue Resolution (Troubleshooting): Investigate and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on technical issues arising from customer feedback.
- Process Improvement: Propose and implement corrective actions and process optimizations to eliminate technical defects and prevent recurrence.
Yêu cầu
- Education: College or University degree in Welding Engineering, Metallurgy/Materials Science, or related technical fields.
Technical Skills: Understanding of welding technology (WPS, PQR, etc.); ability to perform calculations and inspections for welded structures.
- Language Skills:
+ Good English communication skills.
+ Proficiency in reading and understanding technical English documents.
- Preferred Qualifications:
+ International welding certifications (IWE/IWT) or formal technical degrees.
+ Practical experience in similar roles within the welding technology industry.
+ Local candidates residing in Dong Nai.
