JOB PURPOSE:
Develop and refine manufacturing processes for wheel products by systematically analyzing and resolving development issues, conducting trial builds to validate appearance, strength, and dimensional accuracy, and delivering high-quality samples with complete PPAP documentation throughout the product development lifecycle.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Providing support and suggestions from a process perspective during RFQ.
Preparing product feasibility study report.
Preparing process flow chart, estimated IE time, and custom information.
Participating in the product and tooling design review and providing suggestions/ideas from process perspectives.
Preparing samples according to sample request sheet with the awareness of existing problems; Collecting information during trial-out build for product engineer.
Publishing working instructions, BOM, part history, etc. on time.
Supporting the handover of product development to launch team in pilot run, ensuring all the necessary data are provided and documents are updated, and supporting the launch team and production until the first pilot run summary Evaluating ECR during development phase and maintain lesson-learned database frequently.
