Assist the Work Cell Manager in daily operations and management activities.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of business activities.
Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on progress.
Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational and financial data, and assist in preparing related reports.
Follow up on key projects, issues, and improvement initiatives to ensure timely completion.
Assist in preparing management presentations, reports, and other business documents.
Strictly comply with company confidentiality policies and properly handle sensitive and confidential information.
Perform other ad hoc assignments and tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Diploma or above; candidates with backgrounds in Business Administration, Finance, Administration, or related disciplines are preferred.
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good command of Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in daily meetings and business correspondence.
Possess basic data analysis skills and the ability to understand and analyze operational and financial data.
Strong communication, coordination, execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Logical, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
Responsible, proactive, and professional, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality awareness.
Prior experience in executive assistance, project coordination, operations support, or management support is preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, electronics, or cross-functional project coordination is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
