Workflex Leasing Senior Staff

Leasing Management:
 Oversee all leasing activities for Workflex locations at Lotte Center Hanoi, Lotte Mall, and Pacific Place.
 Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
 Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations with prospective and existing tenants.
Operational Management:
 Ensure the smooth operation of all three sites, maintaining high standards of service and facility management.
 Coordinate with site management teams to address operational issues and implement improvements.
 Monitor and manage site performance metrics and operational budgets.
Financial Management:
 Prepare financial pipelines and business reports to support strategic decision-making.
 Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures to achieve financial targets.
 Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for all three locations.
Tenant Relations and Marketing:
 Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
 Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the Workflex brand and attract new tenants.
 Organize events and initiatives to enhance tenant engagement and community building.
Team Collaboration:
 Work closely with team leaders and the Board of Directors to align leasing and operational strategies with company goals.
 Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the team leader and BODs
