Workshop Controller - Porsche Centre HanoiPrestige Sports Cars Company LTD.

Objective:
• To ensure a high Technician efficiency and workshop utilization by coordinating all repair tasks.
• To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring repair quality and timely repair completion.
• Responsible for the proper use, maintenance and condition of tools, equipment and workshop facilities.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
• Organize and control the Technician team to achieve the best possible service quality and to ensure that all work is executed according to the repair order.
• Determine the team capacity available on the basis of time units and maximize work bay and mechanic utilization in a way that promised delivery dates can be kept (in close cooperation with Service Consultants).
• Ensure close communication with Service Consultants with regards to repair schedules, Technician work assignment, repair findings, repair scope extensions, required repair solutions and final QC checks.
• Ensure accurate time clocking of all Technicians according to the Porsche guidelines.
• Ensure that diagnosis and rectification correctly addresses customer complaints.
• Provide practical assistance to all Technicians in technical and other job related problems, as well as in terms of part replacement or part repair decisions.
• Inspection of quality and completeness of the work carried out on the basis of the repair order.
• Responsible for punctuality and performance level of Technicians.
• Observing safety precautions at the workplace, good order and tidiness in the workshop and the discipline of staff under his care.
• Workshop equipment purchases and inventory control.
• Ensure that workshop equipment will be maintained in good condition and calibrated according to schedule.
• Report technical problem cases to Technical Manager (incl. creating PRMS tickets)
• Ensure adherence of Technician team to all company processes and policies.
• Provide "on the job" training for Technicians
• Attend training courses and complete online trainings
• Supporting other operational areas and departments if required.
