⭐️ Key Responsibilities
Create, modify, and optimize CAM programs for precision machining
Use Mastercam or equivalent CAM software for CNC programming
Support CNC lathe, 3-axis machining center, and mill-turn machine setup and machining process development
Modify CNC programs and G-code when required
Select cutting tools and determine appropriate cutting conditions for machining operations
Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensional tolerances, and machining requirements
Support machining process planning, cycle-time reduction, and process improvement
Troubleshoot machining issues and improve productivity, machining stability, and product quality
✔️ Qualifications
Bachelor's
degree or higher (Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Design, CAD/CAM or related field)
Over 5 years
of CNC machining and CAM programming
Talent who currently reside in
Vietnam
but are able to move to
Republic of Korea
✔️ Preferred Qualifications
Experience with mill-turn machines and precision aerospace components is preferred
Experience machining stainless steel, high-strength steel, titanium, or other difficult-to-machine materials is preferred
Experience with CNC lathes, 3-axis machining centers, and mill-turn machines is preferred
Korean communication skills are preferred but not mandatory
Candidates with hands-on Mastercam experience will be given priority

Annual Salary : USD 23,500-25,000
* The stated annual salary is based on the base salary and does not include overtime pay.
Overtime compensation will be paid separately in accordance with Korean labor laws.
E-7 visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified candidates
Four major social insurances will be provided in accordance with Korean law
Company-arranged accommodation is available, and the employee is responsible for a housing fee of approximately KRW 200,000 to KRW 350,000 per month, depending on the accommodation provided
Meals are provided by the company at no additional cost
