Key Responsibilities:
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual channel growth plans
Build and execute content strategies tailored to international markets
Manage the full production workflow: Script → Edit → Upload → Optimize
Collaborate directly with Script Writers, Editors, and
Designers
Manage publishing schedules for long-form videos and Shorts
Optimize SEO elements: Titles, Descriptions, Tags, Thumbnails, CTR
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics: Views, Retention, CTR, RPM, CPM
Conduct data analysis and propose performance improvement strategies
Manage comments, community engagement, and basic copyright matters
Coordinate with Monetization and Marketing team
Requirements:
Proven experience managing YouTube channels or content projects
Strong understanding of the YouTube algorithm
Ability to build content systems and operational workflows
Growth mindset with a data-driven approach
Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing YouTube Analytics
Proficient in English
Understanding of international audience insights
Project management skills
Ability to assign, monitor, and evaluate team performance
Strong communication and feedback skills
Effective problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have):
Experience leveraging AI tools for management and analysis (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, TubeBuddy, VidIQ)
Experience scaling multiple channels simultaneously
Knowledge of monetization models (AdSense, Affiliate Marketing, Sponsorship)
Experience managing Faceless, Documentary, or Educational channels
