​At STARPOLY, we take immense pride in our state-of-the-art automation production lines. These cutting-edge facilities enable us to produce up to 20,000 metric tons annually of fillers and additives. But we don't stop there. As part of our strategic growth initiatives, we are dedicated to further enhancing our manufacturing capabilities by investing in additional production lines and expanding our factory infrastructure. Our ultimate goal is to reach an impressive production capacity of 50,000 metric tons per annum.

Raw Material Advantage

Vietnam boasts the world's largest reserve of Ground calcium carbonate (GCC), characterized by its extraordinary whiteness of up to 98% and purity exceeding 98.5%. Leveraging this invaluable resource, we meticulously evaluate CaCO3 Powder using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to select the most suitable powder for each customer's plastic manufacturing process.

Our commitment to quality is unwavering. We maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, and traceability of our production of Masterbatch and Additives. All our products conform to ISO 9001:2008, Halal Standard, REACH, ROSH, and OK Compost standards. We implement the 5S methodology derived from LEAN management to achieve high-quality masterbatches in mass production, enhancing quality control, productivity, and safety while minimizing production costs.
