Production Transfer:Coordinating with R&D to evaluate materials/technical conditions, issuing StandardOperatingProcedures (SOPs), and preparing resources for mass production.
Operation &Maintenance:Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and inspecting the condition of equipment (Dispenser, Plasma, Laser, Coating) according to checklists before each production shift.
Identify underperforming areas, analyze root causes, and plan and deliver solutions (Both troubleshooting and problem-solving process issues related to the 4M's (Man/Method/Machine/Material).
Support the selection of new equipment and processes to enable the achievement of optimum levels of Quality, Cost &CycleTime.
