Production Process Engineer

The opportunity:
Join our manufacturing team as a Production Process Engineer - Transformers, where you will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and sustaining efficient production processes. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance while supporting new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives. How you'll make an impact:
• You will be responsible to support the development and implementation of scalable manufacturing processes that meet business, quality, and safety requirements.
• You will collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize workflows, layouts, and manufacturing efficiency.
• You will drive process improvement projects, equipment installations, and manufacturing startups to achieve operational objectives.
• You will provide technical support and guidance to production and engineering teams, helping to resolve process-related challenges and improve standardization.
• You will ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality and regulatory standards through validation activities, audits, and corrective actions.
• You will support new product introduction (NPI) activities by designing, validating, and scaling manufacturing processes from pilot stages to production.
• You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze process data, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, yield, and product quality.
• You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and best practices to enhance operational performance and safety
