Multinational Connectivity:Design, implement, and optimize complex network infrastructures, including Site-to-SiteVPNs, L2/L3Switching, Core, VLANs, and enterprise WiFiRoaming across global manufacturing sites.
Team Management:Direct and mentor the global Helpdesk team, ensuring 24/7 coverage and monitoring KPIs such as FirstResponseTime (FRT) and MeanTime to Resolve (MTTR).
Preparation of Quotation by ensuring the prices quoted are accurate and release the quotation to the customer with the approval of the SalesManager in charge.
Ensure the SalesOrder has been approved by the SalesManager concerned.
