o Supervise, coordinate, and manage housekeeping associates to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are cleaned and maintained according to hotel and brand standards
o Assist in onboarding new housekeeping associates and provide continuous training to ensure associates understand and comply with resort policies, hygiene standards, and guest service expectations
Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms and housekeeping pantries according to standards and procedures set
