02 QC Engineer Middle/ Senior Manual Tester

We are seeking 02 experienced QC Engineer to join our product team. This is an excellent opportunity to work at a dynamic and motivating start-up in Vietnam as Medici. You will be part of an ecosystem via a super-app to shape the insur-tech and health-tech revolution protecting the life of every Vietnamese.

• Have the responsibility for the quality of Medici products
• Define the testing objectives and criteria to oversee the testing and follow-up processes for software products
• Determine requirements and develop test plans
• Execute writing test design, and test cases based on the system specification documents
• Develop automation test scripts based on available frameworks
• Perform the following test: Manual UI test, API test, Mobile/Web test, Performance test, automation test
• Review failure analysis results and implement changes that limit and/or eliminate the causes of failure
• Performs log bugs, evaluates bug severity, and keeps track of bug status via JIRA as workflow actions
• Self-management of personal work and report progress to the team and the leader.
• Give the effort to provide a bug-free production environment with internal teams

Education:

• Graduated from universities majoring in IT (required)

Experience:

• Over 4 years of experience as a QC Engineer/ Software Tester (manual testing experience is required; automated testing is a plus)
• Strong experience in creating, and maintaining test artifacts (test plans, test cases, test scenarios, test reports...)
• Experienced in testing API using Postman, Soap UI ...
• Experience in using SQL statements
• Understand the software product development processes.
• Having experience in finance, banking, and payment service projects is an advantage.

Skills:

• Having the ability to analyze problems in an engineering way;
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, particularly the ability to work in a squad to ensure delivering projects timely and meaningful;
• Familiar with agile software development and engineering culture.
