Responsibilities
Providing inputs to the pre-sales team, enabling them to respond to project pitches, RFPs/ RFQs and support them with Q&A sessions and customer presentations when needed.
Manage the development and delivery of technical systems, with the support of internal stakeholders - (Project, Creative, Development, and Account Managers) as well as external teams.
Adhere and ensure all our external and internal team apply engineering best practices, methodologies, standards and code reviews.
Provide feedback and guidance regarding application engineering methodologies, standards, and leading practices when appropriate.
Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to internal and external development team members.
Ensure the highest quality of technical deliverables (i.e., code and documentation) on projects assigned.
Recruit and manage a pool of trustable development partners and periodically review the performance of internal and external developers to ensure alignment with company vision and needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a technical field and/or equivalent work experience.
At least 3 years acting in a senior architecture / technical lead role in a comparable organization.
At least 10 years of relevant hands-on work experience building, integrating, and delivering enterprise-wide web applications using PHP frameworks and other technologies for large organizations on complex projects (mostly PHP based frameworks such as Drupal 7/8/9, Symfony, Laravel, WordPress).
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
Strong experience in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (NodeJS/ReactJS/Angular/React/Vue/Flutter).
Strong experience in design, implementation, and optimization of RDBMS databases, especially MySQL.
Experience in client relationship management, project coordination, and delivery management in an onsite-offshore model.
Experience with DevOps (Docker, GIT, CI/CD, AWS etc.).
Experience in iterative development methodologies like Agile.
Experience with Odoo v11+ is a plus.
