- Work Location: District 1, HCMC
- Monthly Salary: 70M - 120M
Immerse self and team in clients' business: understand their challenges, objectives, external economic environment, markets they operate in, competitive threats, and relevant partner agencies; know their business model, how it is performing, and what success looks like; know client's products inside out and applies this knowledge to deliver innovative, ambitious client plans and service.
1. Deliver innovative and ambitious, strategic and commercial solutions that balance client and agency values working closely with colleagues and clients
2. Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor with senior clients and industry stakeholders
3. Deepen the relationship to ensure retention and growth
4. Manage team to ensure they also build strong relationships with their counterparts to deliver outstanding client service
5. Use account plans to stimulate and track future work; manage resources effectively
6. Understand client commercial framework and work with senior account leadership to ensure the business is run profitably
7. Improve client satisfaction to expand existing revenue streams and build new ones
8. Manage systems for forecasting accurate spending and tracking progress
9. Translate agency strategy into innovative, executable business plans for own client that deliver business value
