As a Full Stack Software Developer (C#, .Net, ASP.Net, VueJS, ReactJS) you will build software that matters to real businesses.

• To understand the needs of the Japan clients and shape the "how" of solutions.
• To collaborate on ideas to achieve the Japan clients' goals.
• To help select the tools and technologies that make the most sense for the client.

You will be successful with AltSource if you have:

• 3+ years of experience working on enterprise software projects utilizing C#, .NET, SQL Server, and front-end frameworks like VueJS, ReactJS
• Had experience or would love to work with Japan clients
• Ability to work closely with international team members to understand goals and product vision.
• Strong interest and skills in web technologies including front-end basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with modern object-oriented programming languages, design philosophies and enterprise design patterns
• Interest and skills writing maintainable and testable code in a shared code base
• To support your team members, avoiding complexity
• Adapting to changes, and learning to apply new technology and domain knowledge
• On time, work hard, play hard!

Nice to have:

• Experience as technical decision maker on projects: architecture, code quality, tech stack, test coverage, prototyping, etc.
• Skills in database development and knowledge of use of cloud technologies
• Experience leading an Agile development team driven to excellence in engineering processes (including mentoring and supporting teammates, participating in code reviews and pair programming as necessary).
