1. Facility Management: Ensure the facility is well-maintained, complies with health and safety standards, and manage equipment effectively.
2. Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, minimize liabilities, and ensure full insurance coverage and safety compliance.
3. Operational Planning: Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
4. IT Infrastructure: Oversee network management and system integration to ensure smooth operation of IT systems and reliable connectivity.
5. Software & Systems Management: Manage and optimize membership, club management software, and CRM systems while ensuring data security.
6. Event Management: Coordinate logistics for swim meets and club events, ensuring all operational and IT needs are met.
7. Staff Management and Training: Lead and manage staff, create schedules, and implement training programs to ensure staff are well-trained and up to date on safety procedures.
8. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other managers and communicate effectively with stakeholders, program participants, and community partners.
9. Financial and Resource Management: Oversee the budget, manage inventory, coordinate with vendors, and handle IT budgeting and upgrades.
