We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Social Media Executive who understands the Vietnamese market and is eager to contribute to the growth of 51Talk, a leading 1-on-1 online English learning platform for children aged 3-15.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Management
Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to Vietnamese audiences across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Ensure all social media activities are aligned with the brand's voice, identity, and business objectives.
Monitor social media trends, user behavior, and competitor activities to identify new content opportunities.
2. KOL/KOC & Paid Campaigns
Collaborate with KOLs/KOCs, education influencers, parenting communities, and relevant influencers.
Plan and execute boosting and paid amplification campaigns for social and influencer content.
Optimize campaigns to improve brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and student acquisition.
3. Content Development
Work closely with Design and Content teams to develop engaging social media content, including posts, banners, short-form videos, and advertisements.
Ensure content is relevant to Vietnamese audiences and resonates with parents and children.
Continuously refine content strategies based on market trends and performance insights.
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and analyze social media performance across key platforms.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversion.
5. Other Responsibilities
Handle other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the team.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Social Media Management, Performance Marketing, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with boosting/paid social campaigns, particularly on Facebook and Instagram, is strongly preferred.
Proficient in both English and Vietnamese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of Vietnamese culture, consumer behavior, and local digital trends.
Proficient in social media management and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Facebook Insights, and TikTok Analytics.
Proven track record or portfolio demonstrating success in growing social media channels, increasing engagement, and improving reach or conversion.
Strong content sense and the ability to identify content that resonates with local audiences.
Independent, proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in education, 3C electronics, or other B2C businesses is highly valued.
