Mô tả công việc

- Responsibilities will include liaising with internal and external contacts on a regular basis. Some of the duties involved Design of the HCL 4G/5G RAN network trials by contributing to the design and documentation of the proposed RAN solution to address the customer's requirements.
- Work with the project teams to plan, execute, review and optimise the 4G/5G RAN performance including parameterisation and optimisation of the RAN network
- Lead the investigations in to reported field issues, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner and that any resulting field learnings are captured in an internal "best practices" guidance note for future activities
- Identify, define and communicate system improvements, feature requirements and technology strategies to the system development team and HCL's partners
- Prepare material for and present to customers as part of pre and post-sales activities where required
- Define, review and document Customer requirements from the market

Yêu cầu

- 6+ years of experience in RAN network
- Knowledge of LTE and 5G NR radio access technologies
- Technical understanding of RAN KPIs and network counter and statistics
- Past experience working with traditional RAN vendor technologies
- Experienced in RRC, RRM, NGAP, F1AP, E1AP and Application development
- GDB, Wireshark, TCP dump, t-gen tools, SCTP protocol understanding
- Good understanding of 3GPP and ETSI specification.
- Familiar with debugging tools (gdb), code management tools (CVS/GIT) and test tool (TM500, QXDM, QCAT, etc).
- Good knowledge of debugging with ability to do call flow troubleshooting, KPI monitoring and reporting, logs analysis, performance optimization
Other requirements:
- Support in reproducing field defects
- Design test campaigns within the system
- Technically lead a small team within the project
- Review the work done by team members
- Analyze the new requirements from customers, make impact analysis and prepare document
Prefer to have:
- Overall understanding about openstack, Kubernetes, Cloud Network Function, 5G core network
- Experienced in software development skills and coding practices in C/ C++ in Linux environment.
- Working experience with protocol analyzers and programming languages like Python
- Design and development of test automation system
