63035 - R&D Engineer

Requirements
- Age: From 23 - 45 years old. Gender: Any
- Language:
+ English - More than Conversational - Good at communication skill
+ Japanese is preferable
- Education: From Bachelor degree in (1) Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering / (2) Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering / (3) Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any relevant fields
- Experience:
+ For Junior Level: From 1 - 3 years working experience
+ For Senior Level: From 3 years working experience upward
(1) R&D Engineer in Electric/Electronic Device parts Dept
**Have good knowledge and experience in Electronic or electric parts development, testing, production or any other relevant fields**
+ Design and specification of electric parts used in air-conditioners (such as PCB, motor, capacitor, relay, solenoid valve, electric wire, etc.)
+ Electrical/Electronic parts testing, reliability testing, and related statistical calculation
+ Electrical parts production process, supplier factory audits and have knowledge about statistical process control.
+ Preparation of FMEA and FTA documents for analyzing change points of Electric/Electronic parts
+ Electric/Electronic suppliers and how to contact with those suppliers
(2) Mechanical part development, testing, production.
**Have good knowledge and experience in Mechanical part development, testing, production or any other relevant fields**
+ Air-conditioning Mechanical parts (such as Compressor, Heat Exchanger, Fan etc.) and Material (such as Copper, Aluminium, Steel, Plastic, etc.) design and specification
+ Mechanical parts and Material testing as well as reliability testing
+ Mechanical parts and Material production process, supplier factory audits and have knowledge about statistical process control.
+ Preparation of FMEA and FTA documents for analyzing change points of Mechanical parts and Material
+ Mechanical parts and Material suppliers and how to contact with those suppliers
(3) Product development, project management
** Have good knowledge and experience in product development, project management or any other relevant fields**
+ Air-conditioner, Electric appliance or Automotive product design
+ Engineering Drawing and Product specification.
+ Manufacturing process and assembly method
+ Project management to control the project overall schedule strictly and run effectively
