Job Details
Position: HVAC Pre
Job Code: 63080
Responsibility
Products handled: Chillers and VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow)
Working closely with customer/consultants for managing project engagement and leads report, proposal making, submissions, negotiation, review meetings with technical queries
Support internal and external customer on pre-sales engagement and product training.
+ Look for new customers and work well with existing customers which are developers, architectures, project, building owners,.. to introduce about company's products
+ Consult with customers about the appropriate products and services needed
+ Coordinate closely with the Service team to support and make sure the whole process of providing products and services to clients are conducted effectively
+ Take care of customers after products and services provision finishes to get feedback for collecting and improving quality
+ Conduct training for subordinators
+ Make report periodically and do other tasks as assigned by Manager
- Working location: Dong Da District, Hanoi
- Monthly Salary: Negotiable

Requirements
- Age: 35 - 45. Gender: Any
- Experience: At least 10 years working experience as HVAC Pre-sales/ Sales Engineer which includes at least 5 years at Manager level in MNC companies
+ Experience in the production of HVAC system design deliverables, (eg. air / water cooled condensers, heat pumps and heat recovery and cooling systems of varying types, BMS)
+ Experience in the design of HVAC systems for cooling industrial process and commercial environments.
+ Experience with LEEDs requirement, and E20 HAP software
- Language: English - Business Level
- Deep understanding about products and the market, which includes competitors' products, products' features and competitive advantages and disadvantages
- Understand and have experience of working in the whole value chain
- Be able to build good networking and relationship with developers, architectures, projects and buildings owners
- Personalities, Knowledge and Skills:
+ Resilient
+ Technically and Commercially proficient
+ Very good communication and negotiation skills
+ Highly adaptable
- Willing to travel across assigned areas in Vietnam
Preferable Skill/ Experience
- Well verse chiller plant design, knowledge of IAQ for buildings' health will be advantage.
