Job Details
Position: Safety Supervisor
Job Code: 64284
Responsibility
- Control the safety situation, equipment... at site
- Assess risks and propose preventive solutions;
- Responsible for organizing and supervising training and training on Occupational Safety and Health for officials and employees according to the law.
- Measure the working environment and working conditions of employees (dust, noise, light, temperature, humidity...);
- Ensure to provide and guide employees with adequate personal protective equipment
- Set and develop regulations, rules, processes and measures to ensure occupational safety and health, fire and explosion prevention, etc. in the factory;
- Investigate, record, handle and report when a safety incident occurs;
- Prepare periodic reports on occupational safety and health and send them to the authorities;
- Respond to work, emergency safety incidents outside working hours (if necessary)
- Other tasks as arranged by management.
- Working location: My Hao, Hung Yen
- Monthly Salary: 650-785(USD)

Requirements
- Age: 28- 33. Gender: Any
- Education: From Bachelor Degree, major in Labor Safety and Hygiene or in an other related majors
- Experience: Have 3 - 5 years experience of working from Safety Senior/ Leader in Foreign Manufacturing companies
- Language: English - From Conversational Level
- Knowledge and Skills:
+ Well acknowledgeable and updated of Labor Safety and Hygiene laws, Fire Protection and other related standards
+ Good and active searching and updating skills: Know where and how to get updated and correct information related to Labor Safety and Hygiene and Fire Protection laws and regulations
+ Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
+ Good Communication skill and be able to motivate team members
- Characteristics:
+ Be highly responsible; willing to learn
+ Be detail- oriented, active and creative
+ Be able to work well under high pressure
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Be able to use Japanese at work
- Live in Hung Yen
