Job Details
Position: Chief Engineer/Site Manager
Job Code: 66080
Responsibility
- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
- Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public
- Hold a meeting with subcontractor and attend meeting with client
- Looking for & Selecting of supplier &subcontractor
- Supervision safety & make safety inspections to ensure construction site is safe
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up
- Assessing and minimizing risk
- Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
- Helping to negotiate contracts and securing permits and licenses
- Monitoring progress of the project
- Coordinating and supervising construction workers
- Working location: Distrct 1, HCM City
- Monthly Salary: 1200-1700(USD)

Requirements
- Age: 35-45
- Gender: Male only
- Languages: English - Intermediate level (communication, can read and understand technical documents written in English)
- Education background: Bachelor's Degree - Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience :
+ At least 10 years of experience at construction site (factory, warehouse, ....);
+ At least 3 years of experience as Chief Engineer/ Site Manager
