Position: Architectural Designer
Job Code: 66185
Responsibility
・Prepare and present design proposals to clients.
・Produce detailed drawings and advise clients.
・Negotiate with contractors and other professionals.
・Attend regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists.
・Visit sites to check the progress.
・Do various application procedures.
・Other tasks as assigned.
- Working location: DONG DA DIST., HA NOI
- Monthly Salary: 1000-1300(USD)

Requirements
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30-45 years old
・Language: English business level
・Experience:
- Have 5 years of working experience as an Architectural Designer in Architecture-related companies.
- Can use AutoCAD
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Have working experience in Japan or Japanese companies.
・Have Japanese conversational level
・Familiar with SketchUp/Revit/Illustrator/ Photoshop
Personality
・Ambitious to grow as architectural design
・Strong sense of responsibility
