Job Details
Position: Service Engineer (Mekong Delta)
Job Code: 66531
Responsibility
- Provide effective technical service to customers including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, training, etc.
- This position is Mekong by home base. go directly to customer place in Mekong area
◇Work Planning
- Create annual targets & directions for this position along with superiors according to targets & plans of the Section.
- Create & implement personal development & growth paths based on Section's human resources development plan.
◇Technical Support
- Set up & install equipment /machines from the start until completing the commissioning.
- Probe the causes of malfunction to equipments/machines & liaise with customers in order to find a solution.
- Make recommendations for upgrades, service or repairs and perform maintenance on equipments/machines.
- Conduct training on how to use equipments/machines to customers or how to do operation, maintenance, etc.
- Periodically inspect equipments/machines.
- Establish relationship with customers by providing excellent customer service, listen carefully to customers' concerns and address issues through after-service.
- Attend ongoing training events sponsored by company or machine manufacturers to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and repair options.
- Summarize daily experience in order to propose to superiors/advise subordinates.
◇Other
- Cooperate with afiliated departments properly & timely with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Communicate & contact direct-sales partners, distributors.
- Do tasks assigned by the company & department.
- Working location: Mekong Delta Area (Work from Home)
- Monthly Salary: 380-550(USD)

Requirements
- Age : 23 - 30
- Gender : Male preferred
- Language skill : Japanese OR English (business level)
- Bachelor degree of Electronics or Electrical engineer or mechanical engineer
- PC skill : MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- More than 2 year experience in service engineer or technical staff in machinery industry
- Have good business manner and work hard
- Able to work productively in a high pressure environment.
- Able to do multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
- High proactivity & mobility, management, teamwork spirit, communication, high problem-solving skill, fair evaluation of Subordinates.
- Person who can go to business trip (2-3 times / week)
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Having working experiences in Japanese company
