Job Details
Position: Associate Director
Job Code: 66718
Responsibility
• Work on client engagements on financial advisory services with focus on M&A advisory services
• Support sourcing deals in Vietnam
• Support marketing activities
• Support the development of qualitative and quantitative analyses and presentation materials
• Develop client presentations and transaction-related documents using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
• Construct and maintain financial models for M&A and financing scenarios
• Deal execution with support from members of Vietnam company and project team members from other company's offices globally (e.g. due diligence coordination, support structuring deals, support SPA negotiations, manage communications with clients/counterparts including senior management of local companies in Vietnam)
• Maintain a positive and supportive firm culture, focused on the effective delivery of world-class service to our clients
- Working location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
- Monthly Salary: 3500-6000 (USD)

• 7+ years of experience in M&A advisory or related business
• Integrity
• Team player with proactive attitudes
• Strong analytical skills
• Working knowledge of accounting, financial, valuation concepts and local regulations relating to M&A transactions
• Humble and motivated to develop high-quality work, attention to details
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and interpersonal style (*most of our clients are foreign companies)
• Ethical and compliance with laws and regulations
Preferable Skill / Experience
• Not job hopper
• Ability to source new projects
