[A.J. Plast] - QAQC Engineer

QA Task:
Responsible for certifying and maintaining and continually improving Company Quality system (ISO9001, ISO14001 and IT's a plus with ISO 27001, TQM) and FSSC.
Ensure high quality control/reliability of the products and development compliance to product requirements.
Organize and conduct internal and external audits for IMS and ISMS.
Report non-compliance, non-conformity during audits or product/project review.
Follow-up and monitor corrective actions and preventive actions for nonconformities.
Responsible for the Documentation Control system.
Work with relevant stakeholders for the updates and maintenance of all ISO related documentation.
Create, update, and/or review IMS and ISMS related documents, in collaboration with process owners.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
QC Task:
Managing quality standards and implementing quality control systems.
Validate process, control plan and control report.
Prepare inspection standard and report.
Work with cross functional team to investigate quality concern and review corrective action.
Coordinate with production staff to ensure that the requirement of quality standards is aligned.
Perform failure analyses reports and maintain timely delivery to customers.
Respond to customers' request and feedback
Perform other tasks as assigned.
