1. Administration & Expat Support (Main Scope)
Arrange transportation, air tickets, and hotel bookings for expatriates.
Handle and follow up Work Permit, Visa, and Temporary Residence Card (TRC) applications and renewals.
Coordinate with external agencies and relevant authorities to ensure compliance and timely processing.
Manage daily meal registration and monitor catering costs.
Supervise and coordinate cleaning and security service teams.
Work with service providers (catering, security, car rental, hotels, etc.).
Review service contracts and monitor administrative expenses.
Prepare payment documents and coordinate with Accounting Department.
2. HR Administration
Support recruitment activities (posting jobs, screening CVs, arranging interviews).
Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Support internal events when required.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR & Administration.
Experience handling Work Permits, Visas, and TRC for expatriates is required.
Good command of English (able to communicate with foreign managers).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Good Excel and reporting skills.
