POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research best practices for Pre-college programs at universities.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for projects, initiatives, and programs (including scheduling, planning payments, purchasing...).
- Assist in the management of the digital learning platform and monitor performance and reviews.
- Assist in planning and overseeing special events, meetings, and workshops of the college.
- Manage external relations regarding the program and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and consolidate information and recommendations.
- Run miscellaneous errands for the program.
