The Opportunity: As a Content Assistant at Apollo, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering high-quality content to our stakeholders. Your Responsibilities
Data management:
Manage data related to content projects, including content itself, briefs, reports and feedback.
Facilitate the admin, drafting, and signing of freelance and vendor contracts and manage ongoing payments.
Work with Business IntelligentOffice to commission, oversee and analyse reports relevant to content and learning outcomes, to inform Content team work.
Content Operations
Proactive support in updating, improving and formatting learning materials, and assist in presentation design
Coordinate logistics for meetings, surveys, handle correspondence, and manage scheduling tasks.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of a content calendar
Stakeholder Engagement
In line with Know Your Customer and Know Your Student principles, engage proactively with teachers, staff, parents and students to gather feedback and insights.
Involvement in team projects through setting up projects in Project Management system, monitoring projects and tasks, chasing stakeholders
Recruiting and maintaining a bank of trusted in-house freelancers for projects
Undertake any other duties or tasks assigned by the Content Manager to support Apollo's goals and continuous improvement efforts.
