Position Summary:
The academic experience staff works under the Head of Industry Engagement and Academic Director, plays a pivotal role in realizing this mission by develop and manage the collaboration initiatives that connect students, faculty, and industry leaders in IT field. This position is essential in creating opportunities for students to engage with industry through internships, guest lectures, mentorships, and work-integrated learning experiences, ensuring that Swinburne Vietnam continues to deliver future-ready graduates.

Detail:
1. Develop and Sustain Industry Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic collaborations with diverse organizations to support IT student learning, employability, and institutional goals.
2. Coordinate Experiential Learning Activities: Organize field trips, site visits, and real-world learning experiences aligned with academic programs.
3. Lead Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Initiatives: Design and oversee WIL programs embedded within academic courses across disciplines.
4. Leverage Alumni and Advisory Networks: Activate alumni and advisory boards to enhance industry relevance and expand professional opportunities for students.
5. Enhance Institutional Branding Through Industry Collaboration: Promote the university through co-branded events, joint research, and sponsorships.
6. Monitor Industry Trends and Innovate Engagement: Stay informed on market shifts to refine engagement strategies and ensure alignment with workforce needs.
7. Communication about stories of industry experience to promote brand of Swinburne
