Mô tả công việc
- Be responsible for the Edupia programme developed for Primary students (product: edupia.vn)
- Propose and lead the development of an online learning platform delivering English lessons for students in these grades, following the Vietnamese national curriculum for English.
- Supervise the production of scripts for teaching videos, being responsible for the quality assurance of these scripts.
- Supervise and support the production of teaching videos, liaising with studios, studio directors, actors, editing teams and other stakeholders to ensure the product meets the highest levels of quality and rigor.
- Supervise the production of activities, online games and other exercises students experience as part of the learning process
- Develop and implement strategies for assessment throughout the course to demonstrate and ensure student progress in learning.
- Manage and lead a team of content production staff.
- Liaise closely with the Director of Education on all matters relating to the project.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University level qualification in pedagogy, teaching or other relevant areas.
- Experience working with young learners in an English teaching setting, either on- or offline.
- Qualification in English (minimum IELTS 7.0 or equivalent)
- Experience managing and leading a team of staff.
- A strong work ethic, an ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Flexibility, adaptability, an open mind and a sense of humor.
- Being open to constructive feedback
- Experience in EdTech, or a similar online learning organisation.
- Experience writing content in English for the production of short videos.
- Experience working with international organisations and familiarity with the demands of international quality assurance.
- A broad awareness of the field of EdTech in general and online English learning in particular.
