The purpose of this job is to identify and develop customer relationships and perform an accomplished level of sales responsibilities with the objective to build the customer base, achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
In the position of an Account Executive, your key role is to:
• Obtain leads for new business.
• Gather information about customers' business products and process, and their transportation challenges through face-to-face contact.
• Seek and identify opportunities to grow the business with existing customers.
• Identify customer's needs and develop value propositions to meet those needs.
• Create a market-based pricing structure.
• Prepare a sales proposal to target the needs of customers.
• Deliver sales presentation to persuade potential customers to use FedEx products and/or services.
• Coordinate with internal resources to teach customers how to use FedEx tools and services.
• Answer customer questions about FedEx products or services during sales call
• Create and execute implementation plans with the customers.
• Monitor implementation progress to ensure timelines are met.
• Identify barriers to successful implementation and recommend ways to remove or minimize them.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer's problems.
• Contact customers to find out how well the solutions are meeting their business needs.
• Present review findings to customers using the available system reporting tool.

Yêu cầu công việc
To do the job well, you will need the following qualifications but not limited to:
• A bachelor's degree or any equivalent training.
• Two (2) years professional experience in commercial or industrial sales.
• Knowledge of sales process and activities.
• Clear communication skills, both orally and in writing and in English, and Vietnamese.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Able to influence and negotiate with others using active listening and persuasion skills.
The working location of this position is in Hanoi, Vietnam and you will need to work at least 40 hours per week.
• A bachelor's degree or any equivalent training.
