To be a crucial liaison between the company and customers, providing excellent operational support, and ensuring that the account management, contract, and payment processes are smooth and accurate. This position requires attention to detail and fast adaptability to maintain good cooperative relationships and promote customer satisfaction.
Keys responsibilities:
1. Customer Management and Support - Must have (60%)
• Receive, set up, and provide operational support for advertising accounts across digital media platforms in accordance with the company's procedures and standards.
• Receive and process customer requests for account opening/closing, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and completion within the specified timeframe.
• Maintain and update customer records and data on the system (CRM), ensuring the accuracy and security of information.
• Manage and monitor system notifications, ensuring all important information is promptly communicated to relevant customers.
2. Communication and Problem Solving - Must have (30%)
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and meetings.
• Proactively contact customers periodically to maintain sustainable customer relationships and collect feedback to improve services.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (Sales, Technical) to thoroughly resolve issues arising, enhancing the customer satisfaction index.
3. Contract and Payment Operations - Nice to Have (10%)
• Prepare, check, and send contract documents, appendices, and invoices to customers, ensuring legal and financial accuracy.
• Closely monitor the contract signing process, ensuring completion on time.
• Support reconciliation and resolve payment/invoice inquiries in a timely manner.

Position requirements:
1. Must have
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within Digital Advertising, Media Agencies, or Media Services.
• Hands-on experience in advertising account operations, contract processing, and CRM system management is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Chinese, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Chinese (HSK 5 or above) or English (IELTS 6.5 / TOEIC 800+), with the ability to work directly with and negotiate with international clients and partners.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for financial and invoice reconciliation, with experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
