Role - An Account Executive is a client-facing communications professional who supports the development and implementation of integrated marketing communication campaigns, while ensuring effective coordination between clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Concept - An Account Executive plays an important role in the day-to-day management and implementation of client projects. This position requires the ability to understand client briefs, coordinate internal resources, support the development of IMC plans, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with strong execution quality. He/she should be able to handle direct client contact, work across multiple communication touchpoints, and demonstrate the potential to grow into a strong program planner and business-oriented account lead.
Account Management:
Receives client briefs, understands requirements clearly, and translates them into actionable plans.
Maintains day-to-day communication with clients and ensures smooth project follow-up.
Develops communication plans, timelines, scopes of work, and cost estimates based on client objectives and budget.
Prepares proposals, reports, recaps, and other project-related documents when needed.
Presents ideas, updates, and recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Acts as the main point of contact between clients and all parties involved in project execution.
Project Implementation:
Takes ownership of project implementation from planning to completion.
Handles and follows up project tasks closely to ensure quality, timeline, and consistency in delivery.
Supports the development and execution of communication materials, campaign activities, and related deliverables depending on project scope.
Works with external suppliers or partners when needed for project execution.
Proactively identifies issues, manages changes, and proposes solutions to keep projects on track.
Reporting and Follow-up:
Monitors project progress and overall effectiveness.
Prepares reports and evaluations after each phase or project.
Follows up payment status and related administrative matters, and reports to
Account Manager when required.
