Scope of work:
Receive and process orders from the
Business Development team, ensuring accurate entry and successful fulfillment.
Act as the main contact for customers, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored project solutions.
Manage order delivery timelines with accuracy and efficiency.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Develop in-depth knowledge of products, competitors, and market trends.
Identify and propose improvements to processes and tools.
Prepare regular performance reports to track business outcomes.
