We are currently looking to hire a [KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - MT Channel] at Fujiya Vietnam, and we would like to request your support in identifying qualified candidates for this position.

1. Job Responsibilities
• Maintain and expand business with existing Modern Trade accounts nationwide to achieve sales growth and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Develop new Modern Trade customers and identify business opportunities nationwide to expand distribution coverage and increase market presence.
• Lead commercial negotiations with key accounts regarding listing, pricing, promotions, display activities, annual agreements, and other sales-related terms.
• Monitor sales performance, stock movement, promotion effectiveness, and market trends to propose action plans that drive sales growth and improve account performance.
• Coordinate closely with related parties to ensure smooth operations, timely delivery, and effective support for customer requirements.
2. Hierarchy
• Affiliation: MT sales section, Sales Dept
• Reporting Lines: Japanese General Manager
Yêu cầu
- Education level: Bachelor's degree or above.
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience in a KAM or KAS role at a confectionery or food manufacturer with strong relationships with multiple major Vietnamese retailers.
• Experience in developing new customers is also required
- Skills:
• Strong discipline, logical thinking, and result-driven mindset.
• Strategic sales planning and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Leadership capability with fair and transparent business conduct.
• Strong people management, communication, and reporting skills.
Salary range:
- Monthly Salary: up to 35 - 40 mil (Probation: 60 days, 85% monthly SAL)
- Benefits: 18 days AL / year, Company trip, Annual health check, Private Health insurance
- Bonus: Based on individual performance evaluations in January (in principle, employees who joined the company before June 30 of the previous year are eligible for payment).
Working Time & place:
- From Mon to Fri, 8:00 to 5:00pm (Time break: 12:00 - 13:00)
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City, in charge of the MT market
